It is Dyslexia Awareness week in New Zealand next week (15-21 June). The band dDub have just realease a new song, available as free download from their website www.dyslexiafoundation.org.nz
The song The Closer You Get, The Bigger I Look was written by Don McGlashan. He said
“as the parent of two unconventional children, I now know how it feels when the world is quick to judge someone you love. Rather than write something that asked for help or patience, I thought something defiant a ‘don’t judge me before you know me’ type song would be better.”
